I am a BACP registered therapist working in Brighton. I offer long and short term work, face to face, and also offer online sessions if you are unable to attend in person.

I work from a humanistic perspective, grounded in the belief that people are inherently good and possess a natural capacity for self-growth and personal fulfilment when given the right environment. My approach is grounded in empathy, trust and authenticity. In a world that often asks us to hide parts of ourselves, I offer a confidential, safe space for you to explore whatever you wish to bring, and my intention will always be to support you with care and compassion, creating a therapeutic relationship built on trust and understanding.

Areas I have particular experience with include:

  • Bereavement

  • Neurodiversity (Autism/ADHD)

  • Adoption

  • LGBTQ + sexuality and gender issues

  • Addiction

  • Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST)
